The disk that came with it had no drivers or switching application like all the others do, the only thing on the disk was four out of date simulators so do yourself a favor and get the version that has the switch on the side and comes with everything you need like the switc hing application and up to date simulators, or download an application that uses the Mic input on your pc, you can find out all relevant information on this topic on YouTube.
I have tried connecting my three different transmitters like my FS-I6, TGY 9X and my TGY 9XR PRO and this dongle did nothing. The only positive thing I can say is that I now have spare cables for the USB dongle I already have. I would not recommend getting one as for the same price there are several others that work fine. I have several drone simulators like FPV EVENT, Velocidrone, LIFTOFF, FPVFreerider, Areofly and several others, so got this in the hope it would work with them all and it doesn't work with any of them.
